Cryptogram: Word Brain Puzzle is our leader, currently holding the #1 spot among all Word IOS, Android games in the US.

We're on the hunt for a skilled Senior Game Designer to work on Cryptogram project.

What are you working on?

• Genres: Puzzle, Casual
• Platforms: Mobile, iOS, Android

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Features and Mechanics : Lead process from idea to full implementation, ensuring features and mechanics align with the game's vision to improve high level metrics of the product: retention, monetization, etc
• Documentation : Write clear and concise game design documents (GDDs) that communicate ideas and provide detailed specifications for the development team
• Balance : Build and maintain a well-balanced game by adjusting difficulty, rewards, and pacing for an optimal player experience. Integrate balance into the project
• Competitor Analysis : Conduct deconstruction and analysis of competing products to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Monetization & Market Trends : Stay up-to-date on mobile game monetization and market trends, integrating knowledge into feature development to maximize product success
• Data-driven Design : Use analytical metrics and A/B testing to guide design decisions and improve gameplay through data insights

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 3+ years of game designer experience
• Experience working as a project's feature-owner
• Understanding of product and business goals, ability to prioritize
• Writing clear documentation, interacting with team members
• Knowledge of monetization trends and general mobile market trends
• Good understanding of the casual puzzle market
• Deep understanding of game mechanics
• Understanding of basic analytical metrics
• Experience with AB tests
• Fluent Russian language
