ABOUT THE ROLE

This critical role is key to ensuring seamless software delivery for both Peppermint and our customers. As a Project Manager at Peppermint, you will be accountable for driving and managing complex project delivery plans from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

You will collaborate closely with customer project teams, technical specialists, and change champions, as well as Peppermint's internal experts, to successfully implement our CX365 solution in large, high-performing law firms.

Your primary focus will be on delivering transformative solutions to new customers, though you may also re-engage with existing customers to oversee additional module rollouts and further optimize their use of our platform.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

 

Essential

  • At least 3 years’ experience and track record of delivering successful SaaS projects on time and to budget resulting in a happy and referenceable customer base
  • Proven experience managing multiple SaaS projects simultaneously to critical project timelines in a fast-paced, changing, environment
  • Proficiency with project management tools
  • Ability to manage and collaborate with distributed teams (remote project team management experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Presence & authority to effectively manager Senior Partners and commercial leaders in large modern law firms

Desirable

  • Relevant project management qualifications such as Agile and/or PMP being highly desirable
  • Experience with SaaS tools and platforms
  • Understanding of SaaS business models, pricing strategies & KPIs
  • Technical background or strong technical acumen to understand complex software architectures and workflows
  • Experience of working for, or delivering services to, large law firms
  • Experience of managing complex projects that involve data migration and bespoke development services work
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Manage the successful delivery of Peppermint software solutions to our customers, on time, to budget, and with the outcome of a happy and referenceable customer
  • Ensure customer expectations are appropriately managed at all times through effective communication and engagement
  • Provide clear guidance and support to the internal and partner delivery teams
  • Continually develop and strengthen customer, internal and partner relationships through proactive and personable interactions
  • Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity and innovation, focussing on continuous improvement, productivity, consistency, service quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor, review and maintain the plans, checkpoint reports, risk and issue logs and other project documentation and process as appropriate
  • Act as an effective escalation point internally and externally for ‘project owners’ demonstrating control and management of issues and risks
  • Ensure that scheduling, delivery and invoicing operate smoothly and effectively in line with contractual obligations
  • Provide leadership and clarity for Peppermint colleagues working on a customer project to ensure everyone is working to a common plan and the customer has a joined up and positive experience of Peppermint
  • Establish effective working relationships with PMO and Project Enablement functions to aid continuous improvement of delivery processes and collateral
  • Demonstrate consistent and proactive use of delivery processes and collateral
  • Ensure systems are updated and maintained appropriately
  • Provision of scheduled service review reports as part of internal and external project governance
  • Maintain a current awareness of new products / releases / roadmaps
  • Maintain a watching brief over critical support issues and, where appropriate, act as escalation point internally and externally
