Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
A priority client of Insight Global is looking for a qualified Field Service Technician. This individual must be mechanically oriented with a love for hands-on, physical labor. They will be traveling around the Dallas area working on Indigo Style, Industrial Sized Printers ensuring that they are installed, maintained, and serviced up to client standards. This individual must have a love for customer support and interaction, as they will be interacting with customers daily.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
3-4 years of Mechanical experience working on machinery
3-4 years of PLC Experience
Ability to read schematics
3-4 years of Low Voltage Experience
3-4 years of High Voltage Experience
3-5 years of Troubleshooting experience
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience as a Field Service Engineer / Traveling Tech
Experience with Indigo style printers
Technician Certificate
Compensation:
$27/hr to $30/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
